Town / Urban Planner - Kochi

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Town / Urban Planner with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with our company's expansion and sustainability goals within the agricultural sector. This role requires a strong understanding of urban planning principles, land use regulations, and environmental considerations, particularly as they relate to large-scale agricultural operations and infrastructure development. You will contribute to creating well-organized, efficient, and sustainable environments for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and review of urban development plans, land use zoning, and master plans for agricultural project sites and associated infrastructure.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments for new projects and expansions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, environmental, operations) and external agencies (local government, regulatory bodies) to ensure compliance with planning regulations and policies.
• Develop spatial plans, site layouts, and infrastructure designs for agricultural facilities, residential areas, and supporting services.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate planning proposals and recommendations.
• Monitor project implementation and ensure adherence to approved plans and timelines.
• Stay updated on urban planning best practices, relevant legislation, and technological advancements in the field.
