Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented TPA Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. The TPA Executive will play a crucial role in managing and processing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) related claims and operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes and data handling, making a B.Pharma degree highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) related claims and reimbursements accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with TPAs, insurance providers, and healthcare facilities to resolve claim-related issues and discrepancies.
Verify eligibility, policy coverage, and documentation for all claim submissions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all TPA transactions and communications.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to TPA operations.
Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses related to TPA performance and claims processing.
Provide support to internal teams and external stakeholders on TPA-related queries.
