Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee travel, including flight, train, and hotel bookings, ensuring adherence to company policies and budgets.
• Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to negotiate rates and secure bookings.
• Maintain accurate travel records, generate reports on travel expenses, and manage travel itineraries.
• Provide support to employees regarding their travel queries, visa assistance, and any travel-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with all travel regulations and company travel policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing travel policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost savings.
