Treasury Analyst (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our finance team in Thiruvananthapuram. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's liquidity, investments, and financial risks, ensuring optimal cash flow and financial stability within the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the company's daily cash positions, forecasting cash flows, and executing money market transactions.

Support the analysis and execution of investment strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company objectives.

Monitor and manage financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and counterparty risk.

Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, cash balances, investment performance, and risk exposures for senior management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies specific to the Indian insurance industry.

Utilize legal and analytical skills gained from an LLM to interpret complex financial regulations and their impact on treasury operations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including accounting, investment, and risk management teams.
