Treasury Manager - Legal Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our finance team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, financial risk, and banking relationships, ensuring efficient cash flow management and optimal utilization of financial resources within the legal sector context. This role requires a strong understanding of financial instruments, legal compliance, and corporate finance principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash management operations, including cash forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Manage short-term investments and debt facilities to optimize liquidity and returns.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to treasury activities.
- Conduct legal and financial due diligence for new banking relationships and financial products.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian financial laws and corporate governance standards.
- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
