UAV Pilot Job Opportunity - Travel & Tourism (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented UAV Pilot with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for enhancing our travel offerings by leveraging Unmanned Aerial Vehicle technology for innovative content creation, destination scouting, and operational efficiency within the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate UAVs safely and efficiently for aerial photography and videography of tourist destinations, properties, and experiences.
- Plan and execute flight missions, ensuring compliance with all DGCA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Analyze flight data and create high-quality visual content (photos, videos, 3D models) for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to identify opportunities for UAV integration.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using aerial insights to inform strategic decisions, leveraging MBA/PGDM knowledge.
- Manage UAV equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies for utilizing UAV technology to improve customer experience and operational workflows.
- Prepare reports on flight operations, data collected, and insights derived for management review.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in UAV technology and aviation regulations.
