Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree to join our finance team as an Accounting & Taxation Associate. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic travel and tourism industry. You will be instrumental in supporting our accounting and taxation functions, ensuring compliance and contributing to the financial health of our rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Aid in the filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and other tax compliances.
- Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax laws relevant to the Indian market.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for daily tasks.
