We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience, holding an LLM degree, to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, focusing on intuitive design and seamless interaction for our oil and gas industry applications. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant and effective user interfaces and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors within the oil and gas sector.
• Develop user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to conceptualize user flows and interface designs.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Apply your LLM knowledge to understand and design interfaces for complex data sets and analytical tools relevant to the energy industry.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
