User Researcher (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented User Researcher with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding user needs and translating them into actionable insights for our electronic component and semiconductor product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiry).
- Synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for product teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user needs are central to the design and development process.
- Identify user pain points and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to the development of user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a user-centric approach.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in user research and human-computer interaction.
