Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative UX Head with 1-2 years of experience to join our corporate team in Noida. This role is ideal for an individual who is eager to contribute to the user experience of our clinical research platforms and tools. You will be instrumental in understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and effective designs, even without a postgraduate degree. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement UX strategies.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interface designs.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Assist in the development of user personas and journey maps.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices in the industry.
