UX Head - Electronics Manufacturing Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and user-centric UX Head with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing electronics manufacturing startup in Nagpur. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of our innovative electronic products and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen (BBA/BBM) and design thinking to translate user needs into intuitive and engaging product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors and needs for our electronic products.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate UX concepts.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UI) for both hardware product interfaces and associated digital applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive product vision and user experience.
- Translate business requirements and technical constraints into effective UX solutions.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Create prototypes and conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices in the consumer electronics industry.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
