Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Management professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring the smooth procurement of leather materials and related goods. This role is crucial for maintaining our supply chain efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leather vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with new and existing vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
