Vendor Relations Specialist (Delhi)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Vendor Relations Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a strong understanding of vendor management processes within the chemical industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with key vendors.

Negotiate contracts and terms with new and existing vendors.

Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon KPIs and service level agreements.

Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all vendor agreements.

Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.

Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, finance, operations) to align vendor strategies.

Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors.

Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors and opportunities.
