The Verification Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team involved in product verification processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading and motivating a team of verification associates to achieve daily targets.
• Support the implementation and adherence to verification procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct initial reviews and provide feedback on verification tasks performed by the team.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the verification department.
• Maintain accurate records of verification activities and team performance.
