Visual Effect Supervisor - B.Com Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented Visual Effect Supervisor with a strong financial acumen, ideally from a B.Com background, to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role requires a blend of creative oversight and project management expertise to enhance our internal and external communication materials. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual effects that align with our brand identity and business objectives within the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and development of visual effects for corporate presentations, marketing materials, and internal training modules.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage the end-to-end production of visual effects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee junior VFX artists and external vendors, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Ensure all visual effects are compliant with company branding guidelines and industry regulations.
• Leverage your B.Com understanding to contribute to the financial planning and resource allocation for VFX projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in visual effects and suggest innovative approaches.
