We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Voice & Accent Trainer with 0-1 years of experience, holding a Master of Design (M.Des) degree, to join our team in Chennai. This role is crucial in enhancing the communication skills of our employees, particularly those interacting with international clients in the clinical research sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and communication expertise to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on voice modulation, accent reduction, pronunciation, intonation, and clarity for employees in the clinical research domain.
- Assess individual communication needs and provide personalized feedback and coaching.
- Design and implement training materials, including presentations, exercises, and role-playing scenarios, using design principles to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide regular reports on performance and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training, incorporating innovative techniques.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Ensure training content aligns with industry-specific communication requirements in clinical research.
