Voice / Blended - Other (2-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Pharma background to join our team in Coimbatore. This role involves a blend of voice-based communication and other related responsibilities within the agro-chemicals sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge to understand and communicate product information, support customer inquiries, and contribute to various operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience to grow within a leading agro-sciences company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to address customer queries regarding agro-chemical products, their applications, and safety guidelines.

Provide technical information and support to farmers, distributors, and internal teams, drawing upon M.Pharma knowledge of chemical compounds and their effects.

Assist in the preparation of product-related documentation, technical reports, and presentations.

Collaborate with the R&D and sales teams to gather product feedback and contribute to product development initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Support other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management, ensuring timely completion.
