Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient professional with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team as a Voice / Blended - Other specialist. This role will involve leveraging data analytics and technical expertise to optimize operational efficiency, customer communication strategies, and blended service offerings within our dynamic logistics environment. You will be instrumental in driving improvements through data-driven insights and the application of advanced technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze voice communication data and blended service performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in blended service models.

Utilize M.Tech knowledge in areas like operations research, data science, or industrial engineering to solve complex logistics challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, technology, customer service) to translate insights into actionable plans.

Design and evaluate pilot programs for new voice or blended service initiatives.
