Volunteer - Internship Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals with a B.Tech/B.E. background and 2-4 years of experience to join our team as Volunteers. This internship role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality sector at our Kochi location. You will contribute to various operational and project-based tasks, gaining exposure to resort management, guest services, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of resort operations, focusing on efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Support the engineering and maintenance teams in implementing and monitoring sustainable practices and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with the F&B and Housekeeping departments on process optimization and quality control.
- Participate in guest experience enhancement projects, gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Contribute to environmental conservation initiatives and operational sustainability programs.
- Provide support for event management and special guest requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
