Warden - Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Warden to oversee the operations and security of our agricultural facilities in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a background in B.Pharma, bringing a unique perspective to health, safety, and environmental management within our sector. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive working environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of staff and the protection of company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and security of the assigned agricultural/forestry site.

Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and living quarters to ensure compliance and identify potential hazards.

Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and inventory.

Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.

Respond to and manage any security breaches or emergencies on-site.

Liaise with employees to address concerns related to accommodation, welfare, and site access.

Ensure adherence to environmental and waste management protocols.

Utilize knowledge from B.Pharma education to ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals and biological agents.
