Wiper Job Opportunity - Hotels & Restaurants (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Wiper with 2-3 years of experience for our prestigious hotel in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of hygiene standards within the hospitality sector.

Role Summary: As a Wiper, you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our hotel premises, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests and staff. You will work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to execute daily cleaning schedules and address any specific cleaning needs. Your role is crucial in upholding the high standards of The Oberoi Group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily cleaning and polishing tasks for assigned areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, following hotel standards.
- Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest hygiene levels.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Manage and replenish cleaning supplies and inventory as needed.
- Assist in deep cleaning projects and periodic maintenance tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
