Workshop Manager / Supervisor - Aarti Industries Limited (Coimbatore)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workshop Manager / Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an M.Pharma graduate looking to gain practical experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. The Workshop Manager / Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of workshop staff and activities to ensure efficient production flow.

Monitor and ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations within the workshop.

Support in the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workshop activities.

Assist in inventory management of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods within the workshop.

Participate in quality control checks and ensure product quality meets company standards.

Help in troubleshooting minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.

Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, production output, and maintenance schedules.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of workshop activities with overall company goals.
