Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Advisor / Consultant with 0-2 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our innovative packaging division. The role involves contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge packaging solutions, aligning with market trends and sustainability goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate conceptual ideas into tangible, market-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the conceptualization and development of new packaging designs, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovative packaging solutions.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
Develop prototypes and mock-ups for design validation and client presentations.
Contribute to the improvement of existing packaging designs for enhanced performance and sustainability.
Prepare design documentation, including sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in packaging materials, technologies, and sustainable practices.
