Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Account Director with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their packaging needs, and translating them into innovative design solutions. You will act as a key liaison between clients and our internal design and production teams, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts within the packaging and containers sector, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements and project briefs, translating them into actionable design strategies.
Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to develop innovative and effective packaging concepts that align with client brand guidelines and market trends.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients, articulating the strategic thinking and creative rationale.
Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide creative direction and feedback to design teams based on client needs and industry best practices.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in packaging design, materials, and consumer behavior.
Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
