Store Designer Job Opportunity - Packaging & Containers

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly innovative and analytical Store Designer with 2-4 years of experience and a Doctorate/PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related discipline) to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing retail store layouts and visual merchandising strategies specifically for our packaging and container product lines. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer psychology, retail space utilization, material properties, and brand storytelling through physical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative store design concepts and layouts that enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance for our diverse range of packaging solutions.

Conduct in-depth research on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure designs align with brand identity and product features.

Utilize advanced design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling tools) to create detailed design plans, visualizations, and mock-ups.

Evaluate the material properties and sustainability aspects of various in-store display materials, ensuring compliance with company standards and environmental goals.

Oversee the implementation of store designs, ensuring quality control and timely execution.

Analyze post-implementation data to measure the effectiveness of store designs and identify areas for improvement.

Stay abreast of the latest innovations in retail design, visual merchandising, and packaging display technologies.
