Documentation Executive - Packaging & Containers (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Documentation Executive with a B.Pharma background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing and maintaining critical documentation, particularly within the pharmaceutical or packaging sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal quality policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation related to packaging materials, production processes, and quality control, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO).

Manage and organize electronic and physical document repositories, ensuring easy retrieval and version control.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.

Assist in the development and implementation of documentation procedures and standards.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Ensure timely submission and approval of all required documents.

Utilize a B.Pharma understanding to interpret and manage pharmaceutical-related documentation accurately.
