Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Operations Consultant with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing our telecom operations, improving efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic ISP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current operational processes within the ISP network and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement solutions to enhance network performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Assist in project management for operational upgrades and new service rollouts.

Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, network operations, and customer support.

Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to forecast operational needs and identify potential bottlenecks.

Support the implementation of new technologies and operational best practices.
