1-2 Yrs Quantity Surveying

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Thane. This role will involve supporting the commercial and contractual aspects of urban transport projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and its application in construction environments, leveraging their LLB degree to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and tenders, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met.
- Review and analyze contract documents, identifying potential risks and liabilities from a legal and commercial perspective.
- Prepare and manage interim and final accounts, including variations and claims, with a focus on contractual entitlements.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and contractual terms.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and legal counsel to resolve contractual disputes and claims.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities, and to assess the impact of site conditions on contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of all commercial and contractual correspondence and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian contract laws and regulations pertaining to construction projects.
