We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Infrastructure Services professional to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to build a career in IT infrastructure within the dynamic urban transport sector. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and assisting in the implementation of new infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and network devices.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Assist in the implementation and management of IT security measures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Support the IT team in daily operations and project-related tasks.
- Document IT infrastructure and procedures.
