QA / QC Manager (2-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
Maha Mumbai Metro Operations Corporation Limited is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA / QC Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com background to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our operational processes and materials, contributing to the safe and efficient functioning of the Mumbai Metro.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for metro operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, equipment, and operational activities to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings, including non-conformance issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of metro operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities and documentation.
- Assist in the development and delivery of quality training programs for staff.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to urban transport quality management.
