Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Quality Assurance, Production) to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards within the manufacturing environment.
- Support process validation and qualification activities.
