Medical Transcriptionist - B.Des Professionals (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company protocols. Your design background will be leveraged to create clear and visually organized documentation, improving accessibility and understanding of medical information within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Transcribe dictated medical reports from healthcare professionals into accurate and coherent written documents.
• - Ensure all transcriptions are completed in a timely manner, meeting established turnaround times.
• - Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and medical terminology.
• - Utilize design principles to format reports for clarity, readability, and visual appeal, especially for complex case summaries.
• - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
• - Collaborate with medical staff to clarify dictations and ensure the accuracy of transcribed information.
• - Develop and maintain an understanding of medical specialties, anatomy, and physiology.
• - Contribute to the development of standardized templates and documentation guidelines, leveraging design thinking.
