Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Operations team in Vishakhapatnam. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Pharma graduate looking to begin a career in human resources within the dynamic power industry. The role will provide exposure to various HR functions and support the smooth running of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing employee records and maintaining HR databases.
2. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
3. Help in coordinating HR-related activities, including training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Contribute to the administration of HR policies and procedures.
5. Aid in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
6. Provide support for payroll processing and benefits administration.
7. Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
9. Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
