Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will support our clinical operations, ensuring efficient data management and adherence to protocols. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our research and development activities within the power sector's occupational health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of clinical data related to employee health and safety within power plant operations.
- Support the clinical team in implementing and adhering to research protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and manage study-related documents, including patient records, consent forms, and case report forms (CRFs).
- Conduct literature reviews and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth execution of clinical activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
- Administer basic health assessments and record vital signs under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
- Manage inventory of clinical supplies and ensure proper storage and disposal.
