Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Head - C & B with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our talent pool. You will work closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure our C&B strategies align with organizational goals and are competitive within the power industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health/welfare benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, assess equity, and recommend adjustments.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases and bonus allocations.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget planning and policy development.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and line managers on C&B-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
- Utilize HRIS and other tools for data analysis, reporting, and program management.
