3-5 Yrs Contract Power Supply Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Power Supply Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient supply of essential resources and materials critical to our banking operations. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations, especially within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain for critical operational resources, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans to meet the organization's needs while optimizing costs.
- Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, procurement, and distribution activities.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies related to supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Implement quality control measures for incoming supplies and materials.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to ensure the suitability and quality of specific materials if applicable to operational needs.
