Cyber Security - BFSI (Mumbai) - 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Cyber Security Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our BFSI sector team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices within the financial services industry. You will play a crucial role in protecting our clients' critical assets and sensitive data from evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct forensic analysis, and implement remediation plans.
- Assist in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security compliance and best practices.
- Prepare security reports and documentation.
