Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Policy & Compliance professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at HDFC Bank in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and possess a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements within the Indian BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and Indian labor laws.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements related to HR.
- Support the HR team in conducting internal audits and investigations related to policy violations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Provide guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies and compliance matters.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and compliance regulations affecting the BFSI industry.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and compliance frameworks.
