Town / Urban Planner - BFSI Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Town / Urban Planner with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will support our strategic planning initiatives within the BFSI sector, focusing on urban development projects and their integration with financial services. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, understanding of urban planning principles, and proficiency in data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of urban planning strategies and projects, particularly those with a financial services component.

Conduct research and analysis on urban development trends, demographic shifts, and their impact on the BFSI sector.

Utilize BCA knowledge to manage and analyze spatial data, demographic information, and project-related datasets using relevant software.

Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate planning proposals and findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on urban development and financial inclusion projects.

Support in site analysis, feasibility studies, and master planning for new developments or expansion projects.

Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building regulations, and other relevant urban planning policies.
