Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator with a B.Des degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will support our learning and development initiatives, focusing on curriculum design, content creation, and coordination of training programs within the packaging and containers industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and relevance of our internal academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and refinement of training materials, curriculum, and educational content related to packaging design, materials, and processes.
- Create visually appealing and informative presentations, infographics, and other learning aids using design software.
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and academic events.
- Support instructors and participants by providing necessary resources and information.
- Gather feedback on training programs and assist in evaluating their effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and translate them into actionable training plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in academic program coordination and instructional design.
