Academic Coordinator - M.Des Professionals (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in bridging academic learning with practical application within the travel and tourism industry, focusing on enhancing our internal training programs and external educational collaborations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing design-thinking-based initiatives that improve our service delivery and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage curriculum for internal training programs, focusing on design principles applicable to travel product development and customer experience.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and design schools to establish and nurture partnerships, facilitating guest lectures, internships, and joint research projects.
- Translate M.Des learnings into practical solutions for travel product innovation and service design.
- Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, and learning events for employees and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in design and their application in the travel and tourism sector.
- Assist in the evaluation and feedback process for training modules and academic collaborations.
- Maintain records of academic activities, program outcomes, and participant feedback.
- Support the development of design-centric marketing and communication materials.
