Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our Packaging & Containers division in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging accessories that enhance product appeal, functionality, and user experience. This role does not require a postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design innovative packaging accessories such as hang tags, stickers, seals, inserts, and other embellishments that align with brand identity and product requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and production teams to understand project objectives and translate them into design solutions.
Create detailed technical drawings, mock-ups, and specifications for accessories, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Research and stay updated on the latest trends in packaging design, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
Ensure designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Work with suppliers to source appropriate materials and understand their limitations and possibilities.
Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders.
