Account Director (1-3 Yrs) at Bajaj Finance

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Director with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Vijayawada. The Account Director will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the BFSI sector, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of understanding complex financial products and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and effectively communicate Bajaj Finance's value proposition.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of financial products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and pipeline to senior management.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
