We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with a keen understanding of financial regulations and corporate law to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience, possessing an LLB degree, who can contribute to the financial health and compliance of our aviation operations. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Apply legal knowledge to interpret contracts, ensure compliance with aviation-specific financial regulations, and assist in dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and reporting.
