Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and documentation.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in the preparation of payment runs (cheques, bank transfers, etc.).

Maintain organized and complete records of accounts payable transactions.

Liaise with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoices.

Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
