Affiliate Marketing - Vadodara

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing professional to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, campaign management, and performance analysis, with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate programs to drive brand awareness and lead generation within the defence and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners, including agencies and individual promoters.
- Negotiate commission structures and contractual agreements with affiliates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns for better performance and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates to foster long-term partnerships.
- Utilize analytical tools to track affiliate performance and identify areas for improvement.
