Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager Job Opportunity - Defence & Aerospace (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our Defence & Aerospace operations in Nagpur. This role is crucial for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of quality and data-driven decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practical experience in implementing process improvements in a manufacturing or operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product/service quality.
- Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools for cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, supply chain) to implement and sustain process improvements.
- Track and report on the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
