Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Agency Development Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for building and nurturing relationships with key agencies and partners to drive the adoption and success of our urban transport solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for improving public transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of agencies and partners in Kolkata to promote Chalo's services.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase partner engagement and service utilization.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
- Provide training and support to agency partners on our platform and offerings.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency performance and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Resolve partner queries and issues promptly and effectively.
