Agency Manager - Defence & Aerospace (Vishakhapatnam) - 2-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agency Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and a strong understanding of the Defence & Aerospace industry. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key agencies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and contributing to the strategic growth of our operations in the region. You will be instrumental in facilitating effective communication and collaboration between HAL and its external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key agencies and stakeholders in the Defence & Aerospace sector.
- Understand and articulate the company's product portfolio, capabilities, and strategic vision to external partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal departments and external agencies to ensure project success and timely delivery.
- Monitor agency performance against agreed-upon metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in agency management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of agency-related events, meetings, and workshops.
- Contribute design thinking and user-centric approaches to enhance agency collaboration and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
