Role Summary:
HAL is seeking a motivated Analyst Relations Specialist with 2-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our corporate communications team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will be instrumental in managing and fostering relationships with key industry analysts, ensuring HAL's strategic initiatives and technological advancements are effectively communicated and understood within the analyst community, particularly within the Defence & Aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy aligned with HAL's business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with influential industry analysts covering the Defence & Aerospace market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and briefings to analysts, highlighting HAL's capabilities, product roadmaps, and market positioning.
- Track and synthesize analyst research, reports, and market intelligence to provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Manage the logistics and coordination of analyst interactions, including meetings, calls, and events.
- Support the development of thought leadership content and ensure consistent messaging across all analyst communications.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all communications adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Assist in crisis communication efforts by providing accurate and timely information to analysts.
